This TetraSpeck Fluorescent Microspheres Size Kit contains one microscope slide, with six viewing regions. Each of five viewing regions contains microspheres of one size ? 0.1, 0.2, 0.5, 1.0 or 4.0 μm. The remaining region contains a mixture of all five bead sizes. Every microsphere is stained with four different fluorescent dyes [365?430 nm (blue), 505?515 nm (green), 560?580 nm (orange), and 660?680 nm (dark red)] that have well-separated excitation and emission peaks.
